Welcome to our COVID response page. Below you’ll find all the critical information about how PS176 will pivot to the 2020-2021 school year.  We are doing everything we can to make sure staff, students, and families are safe. Please check back regularly, as we will update the information here as conditions change.

Dear Parents,

The DOE Learning Preference Survey reopened:
Between November 2 and November 15, 2020, you can use this form to switch to blended learning (a mix of in-person days at school and remote-learning days at home) for the remainder of this school year.

Students who switch to blended learning will begin their new schedule sometime the week of November 30 or the week of December 7, 2020.
Please note that students in blended learning must submit a consent form to participate in random testing for COVID-19. The test is quick, easy, and painless, and it helps protect our school and broader communities.

You can submit your consent for testing one of two ways:
1) Through your New York City Schools Account (NYCSA) under ‘Manage Account’, ( or
2) By completing and signing the consent form available here:
